My Goals

STEP 1-Desire

I would like to improve my body composition.

STEP 2- Belief

Because I took Coach Bray's class, I believe I can improve my body composition.

STEP 3-Analyze Where You Are Now

I am currently weighing 148 lbs.

STEP 4- Set Realistic Goals

By May 5 I will like to have lost 10 lbs.

STEP 5- Write Your Goals in Detail

I plan to exercise four days a week for 45 minutes- an hour. I will cut back on the amount of candy I eat to only a fun size piece of candy. I will cut back on the amount of sodas to one soda a week. I will increase the amount of vegetables that I eat.

STEP 6-List the Benefits You Will Receive

As a result of achieving my goal I will be less prone to developing certain diseases due to a lack of physical fitness. I will develop more confidence. Not only will I look better but I will feel better.

STEP 7- Identify Obstacles

Obstacles that I may be faced with will be my demanding schedule. I am constantly involved with community service, church, choir, my job, family drama,

STEP 8- Identify Knowledge You Will Need

I will need to identify the exercises that will help me improve my body composition. Also I will need to know the right foods to eat in order to help me improve.

STEP 9- Make a Plan of Action

STEP 10- Develop a Timeline

STEP 11- Monitor Your Progress
